After majoring in Photojournalism at Rochester Institute of Technology, I've continued to use my photography and videography background to create comprehensive videos to communicate my clients messages. I fell in love with visual storytelling as a student and continue to feed that passion in my career.
Corning-Painted Post ASD Reopening
After COVID-19, schools were reopening with new regulations. I was contracted by Corning-Painted Post Area School District to create twelve videos for each of their schools to let students and their families know what to expect upon returning to school. This is Elementary School Calvin U. Smith.
HUNT K-12 Design
Working at Hunt Engineers, Architects & Surveyors, the largest market was K-12 education. The leadership team utilized my skills to create a promotional video to highlight their work in the market and their successes. I interviewed several of our leadership members about why they enjoyed working with K-12 schools, why it was important to the industry, and what the company offered that stood out from the competition.
O'Connell Electric Safety Orientation
When anyone is hired at O'Connell Electric, they are taken through a training course detailing what they need to do to stay safe on their job site. As an electrical contracting business, O'Connell takes their employees safety seriously as there is a large risk for accidents. To achieve these goals the Safety Committee created a new orientation presentation to inform new employees on their standards of safety. I supported this effort by photographing job sites in safe and unsafe environments and filming our COO giving an introduction to the company and explanation of why safety is their highest priority.
