REBRANDING THE COMPANY
In 2016, upon being hired at Hunt Engineers, Architects & Surveyors, the company was in the middle of rebranding. I was quickly recruited by the Director of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to assist with the creation and transition of our materials to the new brand standards. We also worked to develop an adoption campaign, where we would introduce new materials to the company in a well thought out manner. As I continued my career at HUNT, I became the branding manager who continued to keep materials updated and ensured everything created adhered to our new standards.
Brand Guidelines

One of the most important pieces to rebranding the company was the development of the Brand Guidelines. These detailed out the different logos, colors and typefaces in the brand as well as where to find and use them.
Proposal Redesign

The rebranding movement at HUNT was also a great opportunity for us to completely redesign our print materials. I was in charge of creating several design options for our new proposals and presenting them to the Professional Council. These were designed in Adobe InDesign and made into a standard for the entire marketing team to work out of.

In addition to redesigning these materials, I was in charge of developing the written and photographic content for our proposals. I also assembled these responses when the company received an RFP for the first two years of my career.
Website Design
In addition to redesigning our print materials, we decided to rebuild our company website and create several new social media channels. This included researching new website platforms that would allow our team the ability to customize our pages to match the brand. We also added biographies for our leadership team and kept the site current with blog posts.
